The crane is composed of a box bridge, running gear, a trolley, and an electrical device. Several insulating apparatuses are mounted at the proper parts of the crane to prevent the electric current of the energized equipment from transmitting to the crane through the lifting hook during operation, which will endanger the driver's life and the safety of the equipment.
The crane is heavy-duty. A dual actuator is equipped with the main lifting mechanism for the purpose of safe hoisting.
All mechanisms shall be operated in the cab.
1. Main Body
Double girder, welding box beam, and camber meet the national standard;
Adopt high quality carbon steel, Q235B or Q345B; (similar as Fe37 or Fe 52);
Mainwelding submerged are welded automatically, with nondestructive flaw detection;
The trolley consisted of a motor, reducer, brake, coupling, wheel, and drum;
No asbestos brake pad or brake block, insert the card installed, safe and reliable;
The speed reducer has a hard-toothed surface, compact structure, durable;
The end girder is matched with a rail buffer and rail clearance device;
Crane protection grade is IP54 or IP44;
F-grade insulation, brake effectively, and long service life.
2. Electric System
The electric box layout is reasonable and easy to repair;
Security trolley line or angle steel trolley line;
External cable is equipped with mark line number;
Trolley moving power is supplied by flat cable;
And the conductor is I steel or C shape sliding line;
Safe touch line conductive rate is high, low pressure;
Set electric taxi speed is high;
Lifting and crane can be independently controlled and also can run separately or together;
Sliding smooth, and beautiful outlooking.
3. Protection Devices
Outdoor cranes are equipped with lifting mechanisms, electrical control boxes, and rainproof devices;
Set the trolley trip spacing device and anti-collision device;
Audible and visual alarm device;
And set platforms, covers, and protective barriers.
4. Operation Device
Ground control and cabin control;
Special cabin for bridge crane or capsule driver room, open vision comfortable operation;
The cable has an open style, and closed style, and can be fixed on the left or right;
The open direction includes end open, wide open, or top open;
The cabin has a special small room and the capsule cabin;
Ground control has a handle and remote control; do not need to set up a special driver;
Users can choose as they need.
5. Optional Function
All the mechanism aped regulation is 1:10 or bigger;
Overload limiter and alarm display, and a load of weighing and display;
Height limiter device;
The change between the main hook and aux hook on single trolley central lubrication;
PLC controlling and accident testing, record display, and typing system.
