Components Of Grab Bucket Overhead Crane

1. Bridge: the bridge consists of a single beam or a double beam (depending on your requirements and working condition) with a set of end trucks at both ends. The bridge spans should across the width of your facilities and this travelling section is the main support device of your whole bridge crane.
2. End Trucks: bridge crane end trucks as long traveling mechanism are designed on both sides of the span, where the bridge wheel assemblies are positioned. This allows the whole crane to travel along the complete length of the structure. The wheel assemblies of the bridge end trucks travel along rails which are mounted to the runway beams or rails. It is on bearing beams.
3. Trolley: trolley is an important part of bridge crane, which consists of motor, reducer, brake, trolley frame, drum, hook, pulley etc. It includes lifting mechanism and cross traveling mechanism. .
