Our client is from Pakistan and owns his steel factory, which is the largest and fastest re-rolling steel mill in Pakistan. His steel factory is the only steel mill plant in Pakistan that can manufacture 60 and 70 grade steel bars. Its products are mainly used for high-rise buildings, large commercial buildings and other projects. The steel mill company has branches in Karachi, Lahore, Peshawar and other cities, etc.

Customizing Right Bridge Crane 

We know that client wants to choose a kind of lifting equipment to grab and suck steel scrap. Therefore, we recommend QN model-- two purpose overhead cranes to help lift. And according to the weight of steel scrap, we decide to provide 20 ton duel-purpose bridge crane. We made a deal very soon. Two sets of overhead cranes will be installed in the scrap plant for grabbing/sucking scrap iron.

What is QN-type Overhead Crane?

The full name of the QN model overhead crane is a dual-purpose bridge crane which can be quipped with magnet, grab or hook for different loads handling. Grab is perfect for grabbing bulky steel scrap and the magnet is used to absorb small steel. QN is very similar to QD. On the basis of QD model double girder overhead crane , the installation position of the cable reel is reserved on the trolley, which is used to supply power to the grab or the electromagnet. All electrical components are also larger than the general QD type overhead crane relatively, and the power of the hydraulic grab and the electromagnet should be considered. The other parts of QN overhead cranes are the same as the QD types, the lower part is the hook, and the electromagnet or hydraulic grab can be hung at any time.

Package and Delivery of 20 Ton Bridge Crane to Pakistan

For small bridge crane parts like trolley and end carriages, they are packed and loaded in container for delivery, and the other part, it is the mainly involved in main beam girder which will be packed with raining-proof cloths and delivered by bulk cargo.
