Pakistani Customers' Requirements for Double Girder Overhead Crane

The crane is used to lift the valves for production and maintenance. The greatest capacity of the crane is required to be 70 tons, usually 50 tons, the lifting height is 12 meters, the crane needs to be two-speed, and the warehouse width is 20 meters. The crane needs to work, and there are times when it is not used. When the work is heavy, the crane needs to work for 4 hours within 8 hours.

According to the customer's requirements, our design drawing is a QD-type overhead crane with a lifting capacity of 70 tons, a span of 20 meters, a lifting height of 12 meters, and a double speed. We meet the customer's requirements and can improve the efficiency of the customer.

When the customer customizes the overhead crane, special emphasis is placed on the lifting speed. Valve is a precision product. It needs double speed to ensure smooth lifting. Only a two-speed hoist can meet the requirements and is more cost-effective. So, after listening to the customer's needs, we recommended the use of a two-speed hoist on the overhead crane.
