In January 2022, our salesman received an inquiry for an overhead crane from an old customer in Qatar. The customer, a specialist steel manufacturer and distributor, ordered these cranes to be used to lift steel coils in the proposed warehouse.

Brief Introduction of The Customer

The customer needed to build a new steel shop, so our Qatari customer asked about overhead cranes again. We provided our NLH type bridge crane design drawings to Qatar customers for workshop design reference. Since customers have previously ordered our cranes, we know they prefer European-designed overhead cranes. This time, we first provided the European-designed bridge crane to the customer, and the customer was satisfied with our design scheme, so the transaction was relatively smooth.
After good communication between the engineers of both parties, the warehouse design and crane design finalized the order. According to customer's request, we also provide accessories of other designs.
According to the customer's request, we started production soon to catch up with his shipping schedule. Fortunately, everything went smoothly and we finished the production of the overhead crane in April. Since the ship is ordered by the customer, in order to meet the time requirement of the customer, our stevedores still work overtime until late at night in hot weather. At present, all the goods have been packaged and shipped to Qingdao Port for loading.
