Crane Design Process

The customer's existing workshop space is not large, the size is limited, and the structure is thin. Our engineers initially designed the crane span to be the factory's overall width minus 1.5m. Then modify the span according to the specifications of the actual column rail bearing beam.

1. Regarding the lifting height of the crane, the customer requires the lifting height/the lowest point of the main beam to be at least 5 meters from the ground, and the end beam length of 4 meters will lead to a blind area of at least two meters on each side. It is necessary to reduce the length as much as possible to at least 2796mm.

2. The specific marking of the drawing and the height of all parts, including the total height and total length. After the workshop frame of the design drawing is fixed, it is necessary to be able to put the crane into the workshop while ensuring the maximum function.

5. Foundation Location

6. Spray paint
