The customer's company produces prefabricated concrete elements, where not long ago well-known automakers were making cars. The company, which has been expanding since its inception, started production in early 2017 and is currently using about a quarter of its existing plant area. Another 20% of the plant is leased to other companies. The customer's company mainly produces precast concrete components such as floor and wall elements as well as stairs and balconies. These concrete and reinforced concrete elements can be produced individually or on a large scale. These parts can weigh up to 14 tons. In particular, large-sized structural parts pose a huge challenge to transportation and logistics. There are also hundreds of tons of steel being built on an 80-meter-long crane track for the crane to travel.
