Determine the Procurement Plan with the Customer

The customer sent an inquiry as early as June 15th. In the inquiry, the customer indicated that the demand was a simple door operator, and described the requirements for the simple door operator: Load capacity for the hook should be 10t ; the load capacity for girder prefer able 15-20t. On June 17, our salesman sent the design model and detailed quotation of the crane. Later, the customer consulted the LD type bridge crane. After the communication between our company's engineers and the customer, the customer finally chose the LH type bridge crane, which is equipped with double hooks. In addition, the customer purchased compressors and frequency converters.

Double Girder Overhead Crane（LH 20/5t-11.5m, H10m）Installation Guide

Main parts: Rails, Busbar, and Crane (Main girder, end beams, hoist trolley)
Part One: Rail and Busbar
Rail Installation

1. The track must be laid according to the span of the crane. The track laying standard is: height error within ±10mm, span error within ±5mm. The gap between the two tracks must be misaligned by about 3m.
2. There is a 0.3mm gap between the two rails. The rails are connected by splints and tightened. The rail is welded on the bearing beam by the pressure plate, and the pressure plates are welded symmetrically with an interval of 700mm. The ends of the rail connection must be welded with double pressure plates.

Busbar Installation
Seamless type busbar installation: The busbar is the power feeder system of the crane. The busbar components are composed of tensioners, brackets, buckles and sliding lines.

1. Install the hanger on the bracket, and then weld the bracket to the bearing beam, the distance between the two brackets is 1.5m.
2. Install the busbar on the buckle, and tighten the two ends with a tensioner (the tensioner bracket is drilled with a 50×50 angle iron and welded to the end of the bearing beam, the customer must prepare materials on site)
3. Straighten the busbar, make the busbar parallel to the rail, tighten the buckle nut, the level of the sliding line is ±5mm.

Part Two: Crane Installation

1. Assemble the end beam and the main girder to complete the assembly and installation of the crane bridge.
2. Lift the assembled crane bridge on the track.
3. Assembly the trolley.
4. Lift the trolleys onto the main girder.
5. Wiring must be operated by professional electrical engineers.
6. Installation of the current collector, the collector is installed under the busbar, and the bracket is welded to the bearing beam.
