The client operates a paper mill established in 2000, located in Kazakhstan. In order to increase production, the customer built a new factory building. It is used to produce napkins, hand towels, kitchen paper, and other products to meet market demand.

In August 2019, the Kazakhstan paper mill purchased 2 bridge cranes from Yuantai for coil hoisting in the new plant. As paper towels are an essential item in people's daily life, the customer market continues to expand. On June 10, 2022, the customer's paper mill ordered 3 bridge cranes from Yuantai again for the operation of the new production line.

10 ton Overhead Crane Delivery Process

The new factory in Kazakhstan is located at 2500 meters above sea level. Altitude will not only affect the heat dissipation of the motor but also affect the excitation of the motor. In high-altitude areas, we usually consider reducing the motor capacity. At an altitude of 2500 meters, our derating factor is 0.9, which means that a 10-ton hoist can only lift 9 tons of weight in this case. Yuantai focuses on the impact of local altitude on bridge cranes and provides customers with the most suitable solutions.

According to customer needs, we have designed single-girder bridge cranes equipped with double hoists for customers. And it is equipped with a photoelectric anti-collision device. In addition, the single-girder bridge crane adopts an eight-wheel structure. Eight-wheel structure, the end car can be disassembled into three sections. In this way, transportation is convenient and the wheel pressure can be distributed. In addition, the service life of rails, rail bearing beams, and columns is greatly extended. And it is convenient to coordinate the installation of other cranes on the same span.
