Brief Introduction of HD Series Single Girder Bridge Crane

HD serise single girder overhead crane consists of a bridge, two end carriages, and a hoist. Through the optimization design of ANSYS software, the most reasonable structure is adopted from hoist, end carriages to main bridge. The dead weight is lighter than that of traditional crane. Wheel pressure is also smaller, which means it requires less and smaller steel structure in warehouses and workshops, in the end, it saves construction cost of a brand-new workshop.
The main beam/bridge is an automatically welded box girder, with no butt weld on the web. The trolley track is made of Q345B square steel. The end beam adopts rectangular square tube structure, and the material is Q235B or Q345B. After forming, the end beam is positioned in the CNC machining center and processed as a whole to ensure the dimensional accuracy and tolerance. The whole machine runs smoothly, with low noise and no deviation. End beams are equipped with double rimmed wheel and buffer. The main beam and end beam are connected using 10.9 grade high-strength bolts, which have good safety and high strength, and ensure the accuracy and smooth operation of the whole machine. The wheel material is ball milled cast iron QT-700-2, which has good self-lubricating property, high strength, small diameter, high machining accuracy and low noise.
The optimized air-cooled lifting motor is equipped with thermistor overheat protection. If the temperature reaches the maximum limit of 150 ° C, the thermistor will cut off the power supply of the motor. When the temperature drops to the normal working temperature, the power supply of the motor will be switched on again. The internal gears of the motor are made of 20CrNiMo low carbon alloy steel, which are grinded and processed. The hardness is above 60HRC, and the accuracy is up to grade 7. The shell is made of aluminum to minimize its dead weight.
Planetary reducer is built in drum, with high rigidity, high precision, high transmission efficiency, small size. Noise as as low as 65dB, good sealing so no oil leakage. High strength galvanized steel wire rope, no need to apply antirust oil, maintenance free, industrial plastic rope guide, little wear and tear on steel wire rope, long service life.
Our European-spec overhead crane is equipped with overheat protection, overload protection phase sequence protection, and so on. The whole machine has low power consumption. It can reduce the loss of low production caused by equipment failure to the greatest extent, and also save equipment maintenance cost.
