Classification of Lifting Grabs

- Mechanical grab itself is not configured to open and close the structure, usually driven by the rope or rod external force, according to the operating characteristics can be divided into single rope grab and double rope grab, and commonly used is the double rope grab.
Single rope grab The same wire rope is used for supporting rope and opening/closing rope. Through the special locking device, the wire rope takes turns to play the role of supporting and opening and closing. Single-rope grapple winding mechanism is relatively simple, but low productivity, a large number of loading and unloading operations are rarely used.
Double rope grab has support rope and opening and closing ropes, which are wound on the reel of support mechanism and opening and closing mechanism respectively. Double rope grabs work reliably, are easy to operate, have high productivity and are widely used. After adopting two sets of double ropes, it becomes a four-rope grab, and the working process is the same as that of double-rope grab.
