What is the Crane Noise?

Where Does the Bridge Crane Noise Come From?

1. Bridge crane noise from the volume of the bubble. Under normal conditions, there is gas injected into the hydraulic oil of single and double girder bridge cranes, which may cause the working pressure of the hydraulic oil to be unbalanced; gradually, the gas generates bubbles inside. When the bubble follows the fluidity of the hydraulic oil to reach the high pressure area, the volume of the bubble may be squeezed. Therefore, the volume of the bubble may generate noise.
2. Crane noise from mutual repulsion. When the bridge crane is running, the mutual repulsion of components will also generate noise. In this type of situation, the noise caused is attributable to the hazard of the relative density of the product work-piece.
3. The internal function of the speed control valve of the bridge crane is unstable, which will also cause the vibration of the machinery and equipment, and then the noise is generated.

How to Reduce the Bridge Crane Noise?

There are some measures to reducing the bridge crane noise. From the reasons of the noise generation, we can analyze the construction method of the double beam crane in detail, and increase the raw materials in the areas prone to radiation source noise. The construction of some very simple thick steel plates, like the hoisting equipment aisle, also requires strict production and installation methods in accordance with technical regulations to prevent the occurrence of radiation source noise like large and medium-sized parts. Scientific evidence shows that the ribs can be used to dampen vibrations. Same as sound insulation materials, it can be embedded in important parts of the lifting equipment.
