1. Column

Main Frame Column

In the frame structure, it bears the load from the beams and slabs and transmits the load to the foundation. It is the main vertical support structure and is distributed in the direction of the long axis of the factory building, that is, the "longitudinal wall" surface.

Wind Resistant Column

The wind-resistant column is a structural component of the short axis direction of the single-story industrial factory building, that is, the "gable" surface. The function of the wind-resistant column is mainly to transfer the wind load of the gable wall, and the upper part is transmitted to the roof system through the connection between the hinge joint and the steel beam. The load-bearing structure of the whole bent frame is transmitted to the foundation through the connection with the foundation. The shape is generally smaller than the portal steel column.

2. Bearing-rail Beam

The beam specially loaded with the crane inside the factory building is called the rail bearing beam, and it is also called the crane beam in China. It is generally installed on the upper part of the factory building.The crane girder is the subgrade of the crane, and there is a driving track on the crane girder, and the driving is driven back and forth on the crane girder through the track. The cross-section of the beam is made of H-shaped steel; fish-belly; and reinforced concrete. Generally, it is a steel structure or reinforced concrete structure, and some hydropower projects also have rock wall crane beams.

Corbel

It is used to support the crane beam and transmit the pressure of the crane beam to the column.
There are generally two ways to connect the corbel and the crane beam:

flat pedestal

The main stress-bearing part is the lower flange plate of the crane girder. The pressure on the corbel is relatively far from the center line of the corbel. However, the processing accuracy of the crane girder is not high, and it is generally suitable for small tonnage (≤10T) light duty work. crane. Most of our crane beams and corbels are of this type.

Flange support

The stressed part is the protruding vertical flange at the end of the crane girder. The pressure on the corbel is very close to the center line of the corbel. The force is ideal, but the processing precision is high, the protruding part is required to be flat, and the welding quality is good. Generally suitable for large tonnage cranes.

3. Column bracing

It is a connecting rod set between two adjacent columns to ensure the overall stability of the building structure, improve the lateral stiffness and transmit the longitudinal horizontal force. Generally, there are single-row or double-row angle irons customized. Can be connected to steel columns by welding or bolting.
Generally, it is not necessary to erect each span. According to the size of the factory building, the size of the bay, the tonnage of the crane and other factors, it is usually enough to arrange 1-2 sets in the direction of the long axis of the factory building.

4. Roof beam

Also known as roof beams, it is the main structural component that bears the pressure from purlins and roof panels in the roof structure. It mainly bears bending moment and shear force. In a large-span factory building, for the convenience of transportation and fabrication, the roof beam is generally divided into two or even three sections, and the middle is connected with high-strength bolts.

5. Purlin (purline)

There are two types of wall purlins and roof purlins, generally C-shaped steel or Z-shaped steel.

6. Wall Beam

It is used to adjust and control the stability of two adjacent purlins, generally made of round steel with a diameter of 12 or 14. Divided into oblique and straight bars. Therefore, braces are generally used on walls and roofs.

7. Roof Brace Rods

The round steel parts used to connect two adjacent portal steel beams to increase the overall rigidity of the roof and maintain horizontal stability. It is a bit similar to the support between the columns, and the difference from the braces is:
The braces are the connectors for the purlin conditions, and the roof braces are the connectors for the steel beams.
The roof supports are longer and larger in diameter than the braces.
